If the order has already been shipped out, cancelling the order will not be possible. However, you can request for an exchange or return after the delivery.

b. Cash on Delivery (COD): You can make the payment once the product reaches you. However, this service is available only within India.
Absolutely! After you add the products to your cart, there will be a ‘Add order Note’ tab at the botton. Just click on that and type in your message. We’ll gift wrap the item and send it over with a handwritten gift note.
Yes! We ship all over the world. Fixed International Shipping rate of INR. 1300 apply on all orders. International Credit cards can be used to make the payment online.

Returns & Exchange
All items may be returned / exchanged within 15 days as long as the returned products are unused and unwashed.
Please note that items bought on sale are non refundable and non exchangeable
It’s simple – just shoot us an email with your name and the product you would want to return, and we’ll initiate the return process for you. Our delivery agent will come and pick up the piece from you and return it back to us. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be initiated. Refund usually takes between 7 to 10 days after the product is picked up.
Please allow 7-10 working days for your refund. We’ll send an email once the returned item(s) have been received and your refund has been processed.
This should never happen from our side – but just incase in does please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or just whatsapp us on 9650227008 with a photo of the damage, or the wrong item you have received. We’ll take care of it from there.
